Travel Diaries: Spain
My friends and I recently started taking trips on each others’ birthday and Spain was an early 25th birthday trip for all of us. Throughout the 10 days, we got to visit Barcelona, Ibiza, Sevilla, and Madrid.
This trip was probably my favorite trip I’ve ever taken, but not only because of where we were but who I was with. I think Spain made me feel closer to my friends in a time where all of us are slowly moving to other places in the country and lives. We all started out in West Campus in Austin just blocks away from each other. Now we are all spread apart with bigger things going on in our lives.
Our trips will always be the ones I look forward to the most because it’s the time where I get to see the people that I’m closest to in a place none of us have ever been together. For one week, it feels like we are all back together in West Campus with nothing to worry about except where we are going to eat next.
This travel diary is dedicated to my friends. I can’t wait to see where our next trip takes us. All shot on film.
